These models are available in both the Park Home and Cabin Style with the same characteristics listed above.  Plans available in these homes include our flagship Cavco Loft with a full 50” loft height throughout and our Sunken Bedroom Style which offers separate 38” and 48” loft areas.  The sunken bedroom plans can be elevated to a 48” and 58” loft height for areas where overall height is not an issue in terms of transportation or local regulations.
