It means that when you buy a home from us, you will be assured your new Park Model or Cabin is built as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.

What sets Cavco apart is that buying green is built-in standard on all our Park Models and Cabins. In addition you can UP your green home with Solar or other optional “green” items like tankless water heaters and bamboo flooring.

Cavco Park Homes & Cabins is the first Park Model and Cabin manufacturer in the country to be a certified green builder. We have worked hard to achieve our green certification so we can do our part to help you save you money on energy costs and so our homes have the smallest impact on the environment as possible.
